‘A picture tells a thousand words’. We like pictures and we use them to illustrate our articles. We source images from a range of professional image libraries but we also really enjoying seeing and using great flight related images from Flickr. Often the candid pictures taken with an iPhone or amateur camera can be as inspiring as any commercial work.

If we use a Flickr image we endeavour to work within the bounds of the Creative Commons licenses provided and credit every image we use to include links to the actual picture so you can enjoy them. We notify all photographers when and where we use their images, but occasionally we get it wrong. So if you need us to change a photograph, just let us know and we will fix it with pleasure.
