Getting to/from
Reaching Luton by road
The airport is easily accessible from all directions. If using the M25, take junction 21 to the M1. Leave the M1 at junction 10 and follow the signs to the airport. If driving from the north or east on the A1, exit at junction 9 for the A505. Then follow the signs for the airport. The postcode for sat-nav users is LU2 9QT.
Dropping off/picking up passengers
Luton offers several drop-off and pick-up options. There is a Priority Set Down area in front of the terminal, with a fee of £1.00 for up to ten minutes’ stay. Cars must not be left unattended. Drivers wishing to accompany their passengers or enter the terminal for any reason should use the Short Term Car Park (behind the set down and designated parking areas for the disabled), which offers parking and pick-up at £2.50 for 15 minutes, and £4.50 for 30 minutes.
There is FREE parking for Blue Badge holders for up to 60 minutes in dedicated parking bays at the front of the Short Term Car Park. You will need to leave a parking ‘clock’ visible in your car and to take your Blue Badge to the Priority Parking reception desk next to the taxi rank.
The airport’s Mid Term Car Park offers FREE drop-off, pick-up and parking for up to 60 minutes. Drivers can use the free shuttle bus to and from the terminal (the transfer takes about two minutes).
Petrol
Shell Luton Airport petrol station is open 24/7 at Eaton Green Road, Luton (Tel. 01582 390 900). For sat-nav users the postcode is LU2 9HD.
Travelling by taxi

By coach
The airport is well served with coach services. National Express (Tel. 0871 781 8181, website: www.national express.com) offers services to and from London and destinations across the country. Greenline 757 (Tel. 0844 801 7261, website: www.greenline.co.uk) operates an express coach service between London and the airport, while Easybus (website: www.easybus.co.uk) offers a 24-hour service to and from London Victoria, with other stops en route. By train
Luton Airport Parkway Station is one mile (two km) from the airport, with a linking shuttle bus service. Two operators, First Capital Connect (Tel. 0845 676 9904, website: www.firstcapitalconnect.co.uk) and East Midlands Trains (Tel. 0845 712 5678, website: www.midlandmainline.com) run services to London, while Virgin Trains (Tel. 0845 722 2333, website: www.virgintrains.co.uk) offers an express coach connection to its mainline service at Milton Keynes.
